Magway Division A company that is building school buildings in Kamma Township is violating the terms of the contract. Construction Supervision Committee; The Magway Region Ministry of Education and the Ministry of Health will conduct field inspections after the report was submitted by Region Hluttaw representative Zaw Win.
The schools that are wrong with the original estimate are Po Nyo group, The 60 × 30-foot Steel Structure One-story Foundation Primary School in Htangone Village and the two-story Myoma two-story school building were found to be less than the estimated number of steel rods and other design differences.
“On May 27, the QC team, Company Township Development Committee will discuss. Minister of Education and Health Dr Khin Maung Aye also asked me to help supervise. We will only negotiate to follow the contract design. We will discuss the process and how to get started. How can we accept this? ”Said Zaw Win, a member of the Hluttaw for Constituency No. 1 in Kamma Township.
The company has been in the process of discussing the matter, and has not been asked to do so.
“The difference is that, for example, 12 steel rods have to be inserted, 8/9/10 rods are added as appropriate. Khin Zaw, the deputy director of education, suggested that the township education department be suspended from discussing whether to continue the project because it did not meet the original criteria. Education Officer Ye Lwin Aung said he could not say to stop the work and that the work needed to be completed on time. When asked if the education director would take responsibility for the misconduct, the QC said he would come and see, ”said Zaw Win.
The Nan Myo Min Company is building four schools in Kamma Township after winning the tender.
