Khin Zaw, the deputy director of education, suggested that the township education department be suspended from discussing whether to continue the project because it did not meet the original criteria. Education Officer Ye Lwin Aung said he could not say to stop the work and that the work needed to be completed on time. When asked if the education director would take responsibility for the misconduct, the QC said he would come and see, ”said Zaw Win.
