State Counselor Aung San Suu Kyi said she would always be remembered by the people of Burma for standing by when needed.

Aung San Suu Kyi, who is in The Hague, the Netherlands, made the remarks during a meeting with Burmese nationals in the Netherlands and abroad on December 13, according to state media.

During the meeting, the consultant said, “The unity of the people is very important for the development of a country. Our country is not a physically strong country. Therefore, mental strength, ဝီရိယ၊ We must stand by our strength and perseverance. In the face of difficulties, the people’s support is a source of strength. Citizens of any country, regardless of their nationality. They are members of any Burmese family, regardless of nationality. ”

State Counselor; Union Minister for Foreign Affairs Aung San Suu Kyi has been in The Hague since December 8 to respond to the Gambia International Court of Justice (ICJ) case against Burma and will return to Burma this afternoon.
