ICE drugs worth over 4 billion kyats were seized in Loi Lin Township, southern Shan State.

The ICE drugs were found on May 24 at 2 am near Ho Tint Village, Loi Lin Township. According to a statement from the Narcotics Police, 1615 kilograms of ICE were confiscated from a 12-wheeler driven by Khun San Oo while driving on the Loi Lin-Taunggyi road.

Those involved in carrying more than 4 billion kyats worth of ICE drugs have been charged under the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act.

On May 22, at 3 pm, a driver was arrested on the Aung Pan-Ywangan Road in Ywaman Township, southern Shan State, and the driver escaped.
